This page has links to applications that can be used to keep track of your mental health or access information on how to support yourself or others.
We are three co-founders who have and still do suffer from depression, anxiety and stress on a daily basis, so we came together to form Mymindset, a community, app and website to help "support the supporters" of people suffering from mental well being challenges.
The app is a version 1 testing platform, and we would love to work with people who can give us honest feedback about what works for them and what doesn't, what would make it easily integrated into their daily life, and also what can we do differently, better for version 2.
